In ski mode, the FR PRO3 downhill toe and NX FR heel deliver the lateral power and elastic travel we expect from a true alpine binding—complete with GripWalk and multi-norm compatibility. For skinning, we swap in the tech toe with integrated crampon slots and a climbing aid, locking in uphill efficiency without complex mechanics. The sliding toe and heel pieces mount securely to a plate system with 24mm of BSL adjustment, and the brake-locking system makes transitions simple and fast—even with gloves on.
