Good bike rack but has some flaws
I bought the rack a few months ago. Its very flexible with the bikes it carries, i.e. mix of MTB, gravel, road and ebikes. Easy to load and secure bikes. Wheel help move the rack particularly as a 4-bike set-up. The latch holding the rack sometimes fails after its been lowered to flat. As I load the bikes, the rack falls to the tilt back position. Hurts the head when the bike slams into it. I wait to hear the click of the latch engaging but it can still fail.

Great features and fantastic value
The wheels on the bottom of the rack make it way easier to move and I like being able to articulate the rack downwards in order to access the rear hatch of my car. Main arm of the rack was a little difficult to move right after assembly but it seems like it's starting to break in. I would happily buy one of these again.

Sturdy, easy to use rack.
Very happy with the T2 Pro XTR. Easy to install. Easy to use. Very good hold on the bikes. Minimal wobble in transit as long as you really tighten the lock.

Durable, genius
It's the real deal - so well thought out. Its heavy cause its bomb-proof, but the wheels completely solve that. My girlfriend can roll it out to our car and back on her own, and it stands on its own in the garage. Great for our big mountain bikes.

Great bike rack, very solid
I bought it a few weeks ago and taken it on hundreds of miles already, and I love it. It is so solid and it was simple to build. It carries our bikes easily and I love the ease of tilting it up and down. My only complaint is that the built-in bike locks were slightly longer. They don’t wrap around our bikes well without attaching it to a point where a tire could be taken off.
