Why We Like The Quick Draw Carrier
We use the Thule Quick Draw Carrier to secure our kayaks or canoes securely to the roof of our vehicle. Ratcheting blocks and steel hooks quickly tighten the line so our boats don't shift while we transport them to and from the ramp. And Thule put two quick draws in each box so we can secure the bow and stern of the water crafts.

Great accessory
This is a super helpful accessory to have for someone like me who doesn’t know fancy knots and needs the tie downs tight AND idiot proof :)

Quick way to secure your bow and stern
I have used this system for several years older version and now newer version. I bought these additional ones because I like the ratcheting system better than what came with my new kayak racks. These pull tight quickly and release very easily. I like the carabiner I no longer worry about it coming detached from the kayak while traveling. I highly recommend.

Fast and Secure
I didn’t think I’d appreciate the ratcheting and lock feature as much as I do with this kit. It allows rapid release to open our rear hatch on our Van if we forgot to grab something while the Kayak is loaded and secure. Then you just easily tighten the rope back up

Great product
I use this to tie down front and rear of my canoe (16’ cedar strip) on my roof rack. ( i used Thule straps for the body of the canoe) easy as can be to use. Highly recommended

Watersport Cariers: Spare Parts
As I bought my Thule rack and carrier for my kayak from a friend, I decided it might be a good idea to have spare parts for it. First I bought small things such as screws and so forth, but then I need to replace one of the arms. Both times it was easy to find the right products and they arrived with no problems at all.

Easy to Use!
Once you've got the hook tied on and the ratcheting pulley rigged, securing your boat (in my case a kayak) to the roof is quick and easy. I love these tie-downs!

Thule quick draw tie-downs - Kayak
We use the Thule quick draw tie-downs for securing our 3 kayaks to our van. We love these tie downs. The Clip end attached to the ratchet is great. It feels more secure on our kayaks and less apt to slip off when initially securing them. Good quality product - perfect for our purposes.
