Too small- low quality

Bought these last year 2024 model and size was accurate, bought this model and had to return them. Way too small, toes were jammed. Low quality since only after using a handful of times gave me blisters on side of ankle, considering I only use them when I split board (about 15-20 times that I used them) I would say Hight boot is over priced for having these issues and in need to replace them or the liner. I contacted the manufacturers but they won’t honor a warranty or even offer new liners. Definitely won’t be forking out another $500-400 for such low quality and thirtytwo not backing up their products. I owned an older model of the Jones for touring w only the boa lace breaking and was able to get it replaced but lasted way longer and performed well (used those for about 4-5 seasons), and regular 32 boots are trash, they’ll break in w/in a couple of times worn at resort so those aren’t even an option for splitboarding. On to finding a new boot brand for tours, perhaps Burton!?.

Lighter weight and Built to last
100% new for 2022. The Hight MTB is the pinnacle of split board boots, with a build designed to last for several seasons. The ELITE liner holds its shape longer than any other Thirtytwo liner ensuring a quality fit while walking around all day long. Removable lateral stiffeners to help with side-hilling icy skin tracks, which also allow customizable flex. It has an all new theory on "Walk Mode" allowing both FORWARD and REARWARD flex for the optimum stride, while the old boot only allowed rearward mobility. This boot has a much lighter weight profile from the original Jones MTB with an all new sole and gaiter design.
