Too small

Earlier this year. I bought several Stetson Stratoliners in different colors. Although all were marked as the same size, I had to return the Silverbelly as it was significantly smaller than the others. When the Stratoliners went on sale recently, I decided to try again. Again I order a 7 1/4 size, and again the Silverbelly was too small. I measured my hats this time. My other two Stratoliners measure within one quarter of a centimeter of 57 centimeters. The Silverbelly however measured at 55 centimeters. I could perhaps stretch it to fit, but it would likely shrink back down every time it was in the rain. So I am returning it again. Maybe the Silverbelly is always cut smaller and I should just order a size up? To Backcountry's credit there return process is pretty inexpensive and easy, especially considering that this must be a Stetson issue.

This hat is perfect for me as it has an airplane on the brim! I worked for GE Aviation. And I love fedoras as my father always wore one!

Backcountry's collection of stetson hats is diverse. Not all stetson hats are available, but their inventory is fantastic. i purchased three statoliners, and each one is amazing! Quick shipping, nice packaging, and great customer service! Each hat fit perfectly.

Love The Peacock Color

I own a few of these Stetson Stratoliner hats and this one does stand out. It definitely gives off a different vibe/look because of its "Peacock" color. I really love the color and of course the style of this specific Stetson Hat. I wish Stetson would start to explore making different colored hats like this one while keeping their traditional colors. For someone who is more of a "city type," this type of color is what attracted me to this hat. Great hat, great color!

love the hat, best bash on a hat there is, perfect brim width, the felt is top notch, the color, peacock, better than I could have imagined. the size though, it's so small I can't believe it. Over a cm under the 57cm that a 7 1/8 should be. heartbreaking, they have no size up from that in stock.

This is my first Stetson and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve gotten so many compliments about it already. I was tentative to buy it initially because I wasn’t sure how often I would wear it but it really works well with pretty much any attire. Great quality and feel over all. Highly recommend it.

Strat Peacock

First off, the delivery was supposed to be 3- 5 days and it arrived in one day. When the box arrived it looked like a mini fridge. Big box, ample bubble wrap for protection. It's always an uncertainty when ordering hats online because the packing job. This was perfect! The Strat is lighter weight than my Open Road, so I will wear it year round. The Peacock color is a beauty. I am not a fan green normally, but this is not really green. It's just outstanding. Thank you.

Fast & timely delivery on my 3rd Stratoliner hat. The peacock color is just stunning and seeing it online does it no justice. Backcountry offers discount on these hats that I have yet to see anywhere else online. If you?re thinking about the peacock color stop wasting your time it?s probably the best color in my collection of Stetson?s!! Great job backcountry ????
