Beautiful shirt. I think Simms should remake gloves, sun mask etc using coyote color ( dark cork) again

just what the Dermatologist ordered!!

100% a fan of this shirt (the material is DOPE). I have two of these. and older green one and a blue one. I did buy the one with the regular shirt collars as well (more on this later). the material is awesome. due to a laundry debacle, I had to wear the same shirt 3 days in a row. I didnt get that funky. and if I did, a quick bathroom sink wash with whatever soap I had would have fixed it. I am still pasty white chested with this shirt, so I know I dont tan thru it. really good, and the hood is fantastic at helping hold my cap down on those feisty boat runs. I typically fish out of a kayak, so my cap never blows off anyways. the fit is good. runs slighly on the big side. I have a L in the green. XL in the blue and the blue is like drape on my body. haha. . I am not dressing to impress, so I keep wearing it. (I did lose 32lbs recently). back to the shirt with the regular collars. the INTRUDER shirt. this shirt is awesome for one reason. you look good on the airplane ride to fishing trips. no need to pack a street shirt. you can travel with it, and then fish with the same shirt (you will need a face buff and hat). I wore my INTRUDER this way. it was my backup sun shirt for the water but I kept my clean and fresh for the flight back home. the shirts are awesome with this fabric. just perfectly stretchy for all day casting.

Great Shirt

A favorite in warm weather and bright sun. Comfortable material and a nice fit. Bought another.

Best sun hoodie I’ve tried

Not a big sun hoodie fan but these are great. They stay cool and vent well. Hood is loose but can be buttoned up to stay on when it’s windy or your underway.

Great shirt , I have every color from the last 4 years, 2 of some of them. I do like the plastic snaps over the metal and thanks for moving the eye glass cleaner back to the front. I wear these shirts year round and I live in Colorado. I have many other Simms fishing shirts but the Intruder is my favorite.

Fish all day

My new favorite hoodie. I love the button front and it keeps me cool in the brutal Georgia sun. It fits loose, but that's a good thing in the heat. I can fish all day in this.

Love that it also protects my hands from the sun 👍

Unique button front hoody.

Lots and lots of sun hoodies out there. This one has a lot more style by having the button front, which also adds practicality. Great material, standard fit. I am a Medium Tall, (36" sleeves), so I bought a Large, and as usual, I wish the sleeves were a bit longer, but that's me.

Cuff Improvement?

I bought a second one of these shirts. They perform well and are very durable. The buttons are nice and small and the chest pocket is perfect for nippers to be stowed while not dangling from your lanyard while rowing. My only gripe is the last of adjustability in the sleeves. I have smaller wrists and forearms than a large size shirt and it would be nice to have some ability to have the sleeves not be sloppy at the cuffs/wrist.

Safety hazard wizard sleeves

The sleeve opening does not have elastic like the previous Intruder model. The sleeve hangs down like a wizard’s sleeve. This shirt is a safety hazard if you are around boats or marine machinery. Simms has moved away from their “working wader” roots and is not the brand it used to be. Shame.
