Sidi Eagle 10
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This Sidi Eagle 10 is to replace my old worn out Dominator MtB shoes. The Eagle 10 is well made and has an improves retaining system than my old pair. These shoes are comfortable although fairly ridged for the great foot platform when cycling. They are easy to put on. It's a little difficult to see where to lift the lever on the turn dial to tighten the cables. Prior to placing my feet into the shoes, have the dial ready to tighten my lifting the levels.

Sidi Eagle 10 MTB shoe

It's a Sidi great fit, great buckle. I think the size chart might be off a little I bought the 45 normally I would wear a 44. According to the size chart for my foot length/width the chart recomended a 45. The shoe seems to have more room than I'm used to. That being said I'm an old geezer that has worn "race fit " shoes forever. Try them on if you can. No matter what you decide these are great shoes and now my feet are comfortable and I'm not lacking any performance. Happy Trails

Been cycling for years and Sidi shoes are the only shoes to wear if you are a serious cyclist. They are the best.

Outstanding quality but a bit tipsy!

As usual Siri quality is outstanding from top to bottom. However, the redesigned heel tread is lopsided and constantly causes you to turn an ankle outwards. It is quite annoying and potentially dangerous. The BOA closure knobs and confusing to flip open and cannot be adjusted while riding. I plan to somehow mark the knobs so I know which side to flip up. The uppers are totally bombproof and are not affected by occasional immersion in streams. The sole, while not carbon, is stiff enough for excellent power transfer.
