Poor quality + super slow shipping 1 mth

Good looking shoes, but ... One shoe is slightly smaller and tighter than the other - defect. I have ordered a replacement to try again. The replacement was shipped on 6/21, few days after I placed the order. Today is 7/15, there is still no estimated date when the order will arrive. It appears both, FedEx and US Mail are involved in handling the shipping and both are involved in some type of mistake/error causing the order being re-routed to the wrong addresses. Backcountry has not bothered to step in or help with this.

Scarpa runner/hiker won’t disappoint

- 11 medium width, I sized up 11.5
I was looking for a gortex hybrid runner /hiker for trail use. I’ve owned Scarpa ski boots and climbing shoes so I knew quality would be excellent. So far so good! Knowing Scarpa sizing is typically smaller than US brands, I did size up a half size and they do run narrow. They are a snugger, performance fit! Not sure if they offer a wider size so If you have a wide foot you may have to look at a different brand.
