Sickstick Snowboard brings surf-inspired freeride float with camber-driven control

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"This board rides like a dream in powder but still feels super stable when charging on hardpack. The Rock Out Camber gives me great edge hold and pop, and the bamboo sidewalls make the ride smooth and damp. It’s powerful, playful, and feels like it can handle anything on the mountain."

Who It’s For

Advanced Freeride and All-Mountain Riders:

The Sickstick is built for riders chasing big lines, steep descents, and powder stashes. With its tapered directional shape, stiff flex, and camber-driven control, it’s best for confident snowboarders who want speed, float, and precision across varied terrain.

What It’s For

Powder, Steeps, and All-Mountain Versatility:

The Sickstick excels in freeride terrain, from deep snow bowls to technical faces. Rock Out Camber blends rocker at the tips with camber underfoot for a responsive yet floaty ride, while the Quadralizer sidecut offers both high-speed carving power and nimble turns in tight spaces.

Why We Like It

Float, Speed, and Responsiveness Together:

We like the Sickstick for its ability to handle it all—powder, steeps, and big turns—with confidence. The Ghost Green paulownia core and Popster shaping keep it lightweight but snappy, while bamboo and cork sidewalls add dampening and sustainability. The Sintered EG base holds wax and glides fast, making this one of the most reliable freeride boards in Salomon’s line.

Favorite Board

This board has been so awesome to ride. I was a little nervous going into deeper snow with it but it has so much control and sitting back a little lets you rip through pow.
