Super disappointed

This has less storage space than the previous version. The outside pocket is too small now for a rain jacket and useless imo. The bladder compartment is also too narrow now. Can’t fit a 2 or 2.5 L bladder thru there easily. Not functional for really long ultras (200+ miles). And, the front pockets are too narrow and deep to easily get my hand down in there and I have small hands. The pockets and bladder attachment need to be more user friendly too. Design something that cold, stiff fingers can operate easily please.

Doesn’t fit 500ml bottles

Like the idea of women specific vests and the internal princess seams are great. But why not make the bottle pockets longer so the regular bottles fit like they do in the unisex vests? Bought this and the bottles flapped all over during my race because the vest bottle pockets are too short. Look carefully at the photos the bottles stick out! Terrible. I’m back the unisex vests.

Great XS fit for my size 5’1 and 115 lbs

Great XS fit for my size 5’1 and 115 lbs. lightweight.. I wish there are more colorful options. The neutral color was already sold out. So, I have to opt for the black. I also wish the bladder is also included and another set of the flask. I wanted to buy another 2. The flask is also sold out. Overall, great product but expensive. We’ll see how long this will last.

Great for running and hiking

I really loved the Salomon adv skin12 xs. I really loved the fit of it, it held everything I needed. Enough water for three hour hikes, and I bounce. Strongly recommend!

comfortable and effective

this pack got me through three 50km race events and plenty of training and adventure kilometres in between. added binding along the edges seems to have resolved the chafing issues from the last couple models. sleek enough for longer events with aid stations, with plenty of cargo space for all day backcountry adventures. love it!

The Best Thing I Didn't Know I Needed

I have had this vest for about a year, and I can truly say I've put it through its paces. It is remarkably comfortable to wear with one or two flasks, or a reservoir. It never bounces or chafes as long as I'm careful to suck all of the air out of my water containers at the start. I'm a very sweaty person, but it breathes better than expected, and washes well when the light blue color is stained with sweat and sunscreen. Aside from allowing me to carry plenty of water on runs, it also accompanies me on trail runs when the weather requires adding or subtracting layers, and for long hours hiking or on horseback when I need a place for my phone, keys, and a hat or gloves. I'm already contemplating my next purchase in another color.

Great running vest

I am 5'4" have 36DD chest and was really looking for a vest that looked good and also had water bottles. I am usually either a medium in clothes or a large if I want clothes loose. I got a size large in this vest and it is perfect. Also the water bottles stay put and do not fall out. Surprisingly, they look fine on my large chest. I store my ID/Credit card, car keys, air pod case, and sometimes a snack or gel in the front pockets. I haven't used the pocket in the back yet. I would recommend this vest.

Super comfortable for long trail runs

Simple and I love the stuff pocket at the top. The side pockets are easy to slip your phone in. Great vest overall. Oh yea..and super easy to toss in a washer bag and wash.

Great updated fit but small across the shoulders

I have both the 5L and 12L adv skin women’s packs, both in a small. This vest runs more snug for sure, but as the other packs have stretched out, this will probably loosen up over time. The update to standard flasks is amazing. The new fit absolutely accommodates a bigger chest better than the unisex (I am a 32D/DD and 5’ 3”) but the shoulders are weirdly tight. The shoulder “strap” is actually quite wide and as such, cuts into the front of my shoulders and I am confident would cause significant chaffing/discomfort after hours of wear. If it’s annoying when you try it on, it’ll be terrible 10 hours into your ultra. This is an issue when the pack is empty and full. They are wider then the previous version and wider then the unisex. The medium is too big, but the arm holes fit. Additionally, I struggled greatly to get the bottles in easily, and one point had to take the pack off. This was not an issue with the unisex. I think the concept is almost there but the wide shoulder fabric tight shoulders are a big miss.
