Customer Images

Here's what customers have to say

The water bottles are generally well-received, with users praising their lightweight, collapsible, and durable design for outdoor activities. However, some customers have experienced issues such as leaks, difficulty closing the caps, and the bottles developing creases or cracks over time. Despite these occasional problems, most customers seem satisfied with the product and report that it has lasted for many years.

I love that this now

I love that this now works with my Sawyer filters. You need to keep accessories, and here I'm speaking of the Closure Caps, better supplied. I loved my Quickdraw Filter but stopped using it and went back to my Sawyers simply because I couldn't find extra washers readily available for my longer trips. But yes, the Platy Bottle is great! Lightweight, packable and, above all, strong and dependable.

Great bottle to increase water storage on adventures

I love these bottles. I got two for increasing water capacity while bikepacking. They are light weight, roll up nicely when not in use and have never leaked in a pannier.

Convenience!

So convenient to have it flatten completely, but then be available for a refill whenever needed. It’s my constant travel companion.

A Unique and Functional Water Bottle Option

I have been using a variety of “soft” water bottles for several years. It all started with me wanting to minimize the volume in my day pack, so the self-reducing size of this bottle was a no brainer. I do treat them a bit more gently than my solid blocky water bottles, but they last for many years and I’ve never had a sudden catastrophic seam failure that soaked my pack. I prefer 2 or 3 half-liter bottles, that way I can make one electrolyte water and the other(s) plain water. I prefer the push-pull tops even though (as has been previously mentioned) they can be hard to open/close. But I consider that to be a feature not a bug b/c it insures the cap is less likely to open on its own inside my pack. Do bigger bottles have their place? Of course, especially for screwing on a water filter, but I’m always going to have a least three of these softies in my rotation. Recommended!
