I wear the XL in the regular Re-Tool pullover because I like some room to layer and move comfortably. I read reviews about this style running large and I should have ordered a Large. I did end up returning the XL for a large. This is HUGE around the waist even with the cinch cable it fits weird. I haven't had a change to test it in cold weather yet to see how warm the nano section is yet. It does feel very thin, but I also have the Nano jacket and it's thin too but surprisingly warm so I am hopeful this will be fine. I am happy to have the black color and love the chest pocket for small items I want a zipper for. Sadly the side pockets do not zip and it's not the bottomless kangaroo pocket so I can see things could fall out. For these reasons I give it a 4-star rating. Full price is crazy but with the half off Backcountry gives makes this more reasonable!
