Built by Patagonia with alpine pursuits in mind, this burly shell uses a GORE-TEX Pro ePE 3-layer construction for absolute weatherproof protection and mountain-grade durability. Whether we’re skinning up in whiteouts or pitching ice on the north face, the Pluma PRO gives us the confidence to push through the worst without second-guessing our gear.

The recycled nylon face fabric is paired with a woven ripstop backer for abrasion resistance where we need it most. Thoughtful alpine features include a helmet-compatible hood, high-set hand pockets that stay accessible under a harness, and Cohaesive cord-lock adjustments to fine-tune our fit on the fly. Plus, a RECCO reflector is built in for added searchability. This is our go-to when storms roll in and turning back isn’t an option.
