Poor sun protection
The brim is short enough that my cheeks will still burn above my beard line. The cap above the brim is made of flimsy material and allows your upper forehead to burn. I’m rating fair because it does work to keep the sun out of your eyes.

color pops
I got this because of the sun protection and cute color, plus it doesn't hurt my ears if I put it under a helmet to protect my eyes and neck from sun. It's water resistant too.

Comfortable and amazing bucket hat!

Adorable and functional!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our two week camping trip and it did not disappoint. We were exploring in 100 degree weather around Moab. This hat was breathable and kept my ears and face from getting a sun burn. The adjustable strap was great when we went off-roading at Finns and Things. It gets a little windy in a UTV. Great purchase.

Great hat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Sun Bucket hat. The first one I got was a size small and although it fit my head, it fit better on my granddaughter who grabbed it every time we went out for a walk. I don't have to tell her to wear her hat anymore. I got myself the same hat but in a medium size. It ended up being a better size for me.

Fantastic Hat
My go to hat! I've worn it in going hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, and in the rain. It's lightweight, the straps are fantastic for windy conditions, perfect brim length and stiffness, keeps your head dry in the rain, and dries fast!
