Why We Like The Helium Down Jacket

We zip into the Helium Down Jacket when scaling rock and ice for a better view. The tightly woven fabric balances weather resistance and breathability while also holding its own against the vertical world's rough terrain. The elastic cuffs stay out of our way as we swing our axes, and the lofty fill protects us from the exposure's chill.

Great quality, warm, light weight & comfortable. I’m normally a size medium, but I decided to go with a small so I could have a more fitted jacket. It’s a little snug, but that’s OK because that’s what I was going for.

Beautiful, lightweight blue down puffer jacket but runs small. I have not used it. It is a final sale but I'm not sure if that prohibits me from simply exchanging sizes.

Does the job, but insulation is wrong

I was so excited for this jacket! It does the job, but the content of the insulation is not accurate to the listing - which to me, is the most important component of the jacket. The listing says "Insulation: 800+ fill responsibly sourced goose down", but the inside tag says 90% goose down, 10% feathers (see pic). For some, this might not be a make or break, but I'm in Colorado skiing backcountry and every little bit matters. Feather content does not make the jacket as warm as 100% down - so false advertising is a bit frustrating. Otherwise, it's fairly lightweight and I love the purple color! I'm 5'6", 120lbs, and a size small was perfect with some room underneath for base layers.

Great jacket, comfortable and packable, nice pockets. Only caution is that it runs small to size. I can fit in it but it is very snug. I'm not sure it can handle a big sweater underneath. The lavender color is slightly metallic looking (shiny), I didn't expect that.

This jacket was a life saver on my recent four day backpacking trip. It's lightweight and easily compacted. We hit a little more snow than planned and this jacket was so warm! It dries quickly after a rain storm and easy to clean.

Everything you want in a puffy.

The look and fit are really good. It fits women's hips really well and doesn't make me look like the Michelin man. I really like the lined pockets. They feel nice but the best part is that you can pack the jacket into the reverse side of the pocket leaving a soft pillow for camping or plane travel.

Warm, packs down (pun intended)

Does exactly what it's supposed to, super warm, easy to pack, puffs up quick!
