Perfect rafting socks

The NRS Hydroskin socks exceeded my expectations for a full day of rafting big water on the Salmon River. They dried out well overnight and were perfect again for day two. Despite constant exposure to cold water (rapids were huge!), my feet stayed warm and comfortable from start to finish. The socks have just the right thickness—providing insulation without feeling bulky—and they fit perfectly under my Tevas. I usually wear a size 8.5-9, so I got both the size M and L to try. The Mediums were snug and secure. I ended up keeping the Larges, but I think either pair would have worked out okay! Highly recommended for any paddling adventure, and will definitely be wearing them for early-season paddleboarding, and a few of my favorite hikes with lots of river crossings.

Snorkeling socks

I made the mistake of putting these over the pants and they kept falling off. Next time I will put them under the heal part of the pants and maybe they will stay put.

Wet but warm.

Works like a charm. Even though my feet where in and out of the water while white water kayaking and wet, they didn't feel cold at all.

How socks fit

Like the snap to keep socks together. Will plan to wear them inside of my wading boots.

Fall swim accessories

Good for fall swimming. Going forward, it would be nice if the fabric was stretchy so as to provide a tighter fit.
