Here's what customers have to say
The shoes are generally well-received, with many praising their comfort, cushioning, and grip on various terrains. They are described as great for trail running, hiking, and everyday use, with a solid and stable feel. However, some noted the toe box can feel narrow, and the high stack height may not be ideal for uneven terrain. Overall, the shoes seem to be a good all-around option for those seeking a comfortable and capable trail shoe.

Fabulous 4E shoes
These shoes are solidly made with good support. My son is a 4E and it's hard to find good shoes but theses have withstood the test.

Comfortable feet at last.
The most comfortable trainers I have ever worn. Like walking on air.

I love them
I love them, they support my knees they are comfortable and the fit is just right. I didn’t give 5 stars because the sneakers are very heavy they are not light on your feet at all. However other than that l LOVE them and would buy again!

Perfect all-rounder
I read a lot of reviews before buying these trainers and I'm so glad I did. The wider shoe is perfect for my needs. I feel floatie light when wearing these trainers - I can't imagine anything more comfortable. So much thought has gone into every aspect of the trainer - toe protection, anti-slip tongue... The only thing that took me by surprise was the squeaky soles.

Favourites for Mountain Running
Love these shoes. High cushion, grippy, great lockdown, roomy toebox, semi-rigid toe bumper, and stable enough to pick up the pace in technical terrain. Primarily use these for general trail and mountain running in the East Kootenays and they comfortably handle anything I throw at them. I had no idea trail runners could be so enjoyable to run in, then I bought these.

Nico shoes
I really like it, it's what I was looking for. The extra wide size isn't that wide, they're a little tight on me, but otherwise they're great and I recommend them.

Great shoe
For a regular size foot slightly to the wide side this shoe feels great. Size 11 regular. Great padding on the tongue. The soles have excellent support and cushion. The traction is great for every surface. Highly recommend for people in the service industry.

Comfort vs. Sturdy
This is the 5th version of the Hiero I've owned. They seem to flip flip in the design approach year to year. Some versions are very comfy, yet not as sturdy over rocks & roots. The sturdier versions aren't as comfortable. This year's tends towards the comfortable, less sturdy side. I need a 2E width trail shoe, so kinda stuck with this brand. The positive constant of the Hiero is its excellent traction in wet/muddy terrain.
