Here's what customers have to say
The trail running shoe provides excellent cushioning and traction on various terrains, though some users found the fit to be narrow and the cushioning too soft. While the shoe is generally well-liked for its comfort and stability, it may not suit those with wider feet or who prefer a more responsive feel.

Even the 2E was tight!
Even the wide was narrow. I used to be able to order a 7-2E (SL -2) and know exactly what I was getting. This shoe was way too tight all around. Uniform sizing and lasts please.

Hierro v9 wide fit
Sturdy, grippy with plenty room being the wide fit. Completed a 10 mile trail with no foot issues and a 10k pendulum trail to come this weekend!

Great for Hiking or All Day Wear
These are some great, everyday shoes for me. I'm on my feet all day on and they've provided the same or better comfort than my pair of Fresh Foam trail shoes from two years ago. Once these are beat, I'll come back for more.

Good shoe
Great shoe and very comfortable. Excellent grip when hiking on trails and rocks. Only draw back, I'm not real a fan of how thick the sole of the shoe is now. Its not ideal for hiking as it's too high a platform on uneven ground. It wouldn't be an issue if they are only used on paved surfaces but as these are hiking shoes i dont think it needs to be so thick.

Hiked Hopes: Tripped by high stack
I was drawn to this shoe for the Vibram outsoles and breathable upper material. Instantly after trying them on an walking around I noticed that the high stack height is crazy high. The increased height made me feel unstable and uneasy, causing me to constantly question my footing. Walking in these shoes felt strange and unnatural, as if I were wearing platform shoes. As a hiker and trail jogger, stability and confidence in my shoes are crucial, but the increased height of these shoes makes me feel unstable and uneasy on uneven terrain. The high stack height alters my gait and results in an awkward, unnatural feel, causing me to hesitate while navigating technical trails.
