WOW, I am not on to write reviews but after shopping for a large carry on backpack and testing all the competitors, i was blown away about how much i could fit into this bag. rolling clothes and packing cubs helped a ton, but i managed enough clothes for a 10 day trip to Europe with this bag, and it fit in the over head bin of the plane. my only sight complaint is i wish there was a way to add a waist strap to the bag, it did get heavy on the shoulders when the weight was over 30lbs, but hey we wanted to bring wine and ciders home :) my husband and I loved traveling with these bags

Double Haul
Super versatile bag. Have used it as a Tote, and duffel/backpack. It’s lightweight and has plenty of pocket options. I got the 55 due to it being carry on size once strapped down. Awesome bag.

Pretty solid bag
As advertised. I thought it would be good to try as a backpack duffel. It has worked well for short work trips. The 55L is a good size. Not sure on the usability of the tote feature for anything other than car travel. The material seems louder than less green materials.

Well thought out bag
There is a lot of thought and detail put into not just this bag but all the Nemo gear I own. The material and stitching is solid. The way the handles/straps all have a purpose for how you want to carry the bag makes it very user friendly. Highly recommend for any travel or gear hauling adventures.

Very Well-Made Bag!
I just got a pair of these Double Haul convertible duffels and they are really great. I am very impressed with how well constructed they are, not that I would expect anything less from Nemo. The convertibility from Tote to Duffel to Backpack is very convenient and I can already tell these will get a lot of use. One word of caution, they are bigger than they look. They have a lot of internal space, and it is easy to make them heavy very quickly so choose wisely. I bought the 55s and will probably add some 30s to my loadout as well.

Water resistant and durable
I bought one for myself when they first came out. Used it on a trip to alaska. I just had to order one each for my wife and daughter. Now we have three of the 55. Looking at a big one as well

Versatile bag
I bought one of these for each member of my family, 3 55L for the kids and a 70L each for my wife and I. These things are durable and super versatile. The tote option is great for just throwing items in and heading out somewhere like the beach, and the duffel and pack are great for travel. Highly recommend!

Great duffel
Purchased the 55L. Was looking for a duffel in this size range with decent backpack straps. Straps check. They are both wide and decently padded. I have not tested the bag with weight yet. I do wish it had a sternum strap. Maybe it's not needed. A waist belt would be nice as well. I filled it with two full sized pillows and was able to zip it. I don't see how it would handle more in the converted tote bag mode unless the items were large and partially out of the bag. For me this not a big deal as I think backpack mode will be my preference. I like that you stow away the tote mode handles. I wish you could remove them instead as you have to scrunch them up a bit to fit in their stowage spots. Could save the extra space and weight (both super minimal) by having them be removable. A zippered laundry / shoe compartment is the last on my wishlist but I can use the storage bag intended for the storage of the bag when not in use that came with it for that. My only potential concern with the bag is bottom of the bag doesn't seem that thick - a concern should I ever have to check the bag as I've had another duffel get scuff holes from being thrown or rubbed against concrete. On the flip side the bag is very lightweight for its size.

Great bag great features
Super useful bag and very lightweight but comfortable when packed fully. Especially like the pack away tote straps and inner straps for keeping things down within the bag. Hope they make a 45L in the future
