Multiple mounting solutions.
Bought this to securely hold a jumbo can of bear sauce for my go bag in case I need to ditch my truck and walk home. So far so good. Haven’t needed to use it and I hope I never need to. But it’s nice to know I’ve got it if I need it. Although it’s designed to be laced onto a molle ladder I’ve got mine zip tied elsewhere. It seems to be well made with an easy draw. However you can deploy the sauce right from the holster if you need to. I’m not sure how this will fare in an EDC capacity, only time will tell. So far so good.

Great Improvements
I own the original bear spray holster and love it. This is lighter, just as secure, and easier to draw quickly. Didn’t realize how much room for improvement the original had until I got this.

Paddlers best friend
This is very well designed, I use it on the very front of my salus proto pfd for back country canoe tripping and white water. Keeps the can very secure and out of the way of paddle strokes. The mole is very flexible and works almost anywhere. Also works great for sunglasses case. in white water I have taken some long swims in class 3-4 without issue, fear of loss or discharge. All around great product

Typical Mystery Ranch Quality
I bought this for an upcoming 65 mile rucking event in the Ocala National Park. I put it on the hip belt of my Overload. My only issue with it is that mounted on the belt the bottom 3rd sticks out below the hip belt, so when the pack is sitting on the ground it wants to fall backwards. Which isn't a big deal at all and I think if the pouch mounted higher to avoid this it would have the bear canister most likely too top heavy and flopping around on the hip belt. At the end of the day if I ever need to use that bear spray I'm going to be glad that it's securely attached and hasn't fallen off somewhere on the trail. I would 100% buy this pouch again if I ever needed another one.

Holds Bear Spay/ Does not stay attached
Ive been trying to attach it correctly since I've gotten it. Every way i run webbing through velcro it becomes loose and floppy. The video shows snaps and other ways to attach but not the way the bear spray holster is made.
