After several washes by hand and in the dishwasher, the sticky film left behind the label remains.

14 years later still as good as new

I bought these for my child 14 years ago. She is now a teenager and these bowls and plates are just like brand new. No dents or scratches and they've been used almost daily by our family over the last 14 years. Amazing quality! Five stars plus!!!

Same as the bowls, I keep a few extras of these in my kitchen as they also make great plates for everyday use. The sticker/label that it comes with leaves behind a residue that takes a couple washes in the dishwasher to remove, but I would still repurchase as they're very practical.

Alpine™ Plate

What can I say? I only buy these when I lose one or I need more place settings. I have some that are 25 yrs old. They aren’t deep, but they’re fantastic plates that fit MSR kits. They’ve survived kids, dogs, frisbee tosses and you can actually cut meat on them …. Perfect in my opinion

Not just for camping either

Great plate. It gets regular use inside my home when not camping.

Label adhesive residue won't come off

I purchased 4 plates and I cannot get the residue label adhesive off. I have tried dish soap, scrubbing, rubbing with olive oil. There is still adhesive residue. I haven't been able to try the plates :/

These are part of my car-camping and white-water kits. They are solid, light, plain, simple, effective, adjective, adjective, etc. I am a gear-hound that seeks out the new items that matter as materials improve but see no reason that I'll be trading these in anytime soon.

Heavy duty and hard core!!!

Not for the gram counter, this is expedition quality for base camping, expedition canoeing, and car camping. They pair perfectly with the Alpine 4 Pot Set!!!

Love this plate

Light weight, tough, and exactly what I was looking for. Cleans up easy, and strong enough to cut food on as well as stuff in my pack without worries of it breaking. Will be getting a few more!
