Solid, Light-weight Layer
Great for hikes in a variety of weather. Great layer that I hope to use for years to come.

Men's Polartec Power Grid Fleece
This is my second purchase of the Polartec Power Fleece, I have it in black and wear it almost every day from fall to spring in Minnesota, by itself or as a layer. I love the fit, slimming but stretchy so it layers extremely well. Its lightweight but warmer than expected. Thumb loops are great when layering. I love the hood and use it as is, or over a winter hat in cold windy weather. I just purchased a second one to have multiple colors. I get many compliments on how stylish the Polartec is as well. I recommend it highly. Im 6'4, 215lbs, xl is perfect fit.

Very Thin
First, this color was labeled as “Klein Blue” it’s barney purple. Second, the price is way too high for so little fabric. The pockets are mesh, inner and outer. Ghe chest pocket is the only one with some strength and material behind it. A pencil/car keys could put holes in them in no time. the grid is anything but Polartec. The grid fleece wouldn’t keep you warm if there was a single breeze, very airy. Just a head scratcher, was it made for spring mornings and nights, i think so. The large chest pocket fits a large cell phone no problem. The zippers work very well. And the fit is somewhat loose and comfortable. I am 6’ tall 230lbs, ordered a 2xl, it’s huge and very long on me lower than my waist by 4-5”. Should have ordered the black one in an xl. Keeping it, reluctantly.

disappointed
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
- Size Bought:
- XXL

I am actually insulted with how bad this fit/felt. for the price I paid I will forever think differently of mountain hardware. The sleeves were WAY too large and way too long while the torso was skintight. You know, not everyone who buys a XXL is 6'5 132lbs. JUST SAYIN. Returning tomorrow morning.

Pretty good
On the one hand this seems pretty high quality, functional, and fits me well as a skinny guy. On the other I wish they would go back to offering more subtle or better yet no branding options.

PolarTec is my favorite, breathable and without a replacement for me!
Good undercoat for wet weather! This is like Patingoina.

Great Layer for Multiple Uses
The zip hoody is my first, but fits well, looks great and works great as a base layer or with a tshirt on a cool day. Mountain Hardwear makes a quality products and this is one more. FYI, it's a lot brighter of a blue than the images. But, that's okay.

Money well spent!
Excellent ultralight hoodie! Warmth to weight ratio is excellent! Long raglan style sleeves are awesome!
