Soft and beautiful shirt
LOVE this shirt! I bought the beautiful blue one in a shop. Wore it hiking on a really hot day. Wicked like a champion kept me dry as a very breathable fabric. Love the longer length. I’m tall with a longer torso, short crop tops just don’t work. The shirt washes up beautifully and the fit is loose without being sloppy. I ordered a size small and it fits true to size. Loved this shirt so much I bought the white color. My only request is more cheerful and beautiful colors requested.

Good fit, don’t love the fabric
Love the way this shirt fits. I’m 5’8” 150lbs and the medium fit perfect. I wanted to get more, but the only reason I didn’t is because this is the type of fabric that gets stinky super quickly… like pit stank before the day is over—and that’s hard to wash out. I bought a bunch of wool t-shirts instead from another company.., fyi MHW. Would love more natural fibers!

Way too long
Great quality and fabric, but the shirt is way too long. If the length was as shown in the photos it would be perfect. I find it weird to wear because it hangs below my butt and I’m average height 5’6”.

The best workout shirts for hot weather
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- S
These are nice and thin, but nor see-through. Super breathable so they are great in hot climates. I also have the long sleeve hoody for sun protection and that is also the best.

Best shirt for steamy hot days
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- Small
I love crater lake fabric! It is soft next to the skin and keeps cool in the heat. I wore this backpacking and it worked so well! The fit is relaxed but not boxy. Washes well and so far has held its shape. I have 2 t-shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, and 3 quarter zip Crater Lake shirts. I also like that it is warm as a base layer.

Love the crater lake material
This shirt runs a little large compared to the crater lake long sleeve crop. I typically wear a small in everything mountain Hardwear (occasionally a M if I want a shirt to fit a little more loosely). I own this shirt in both small (electrolyte) and XS (blue). The XS is definitely the better fit in this style and fits me perfectly without being tight, but I don't mind having the small as a baggier option either. Very lightweight and comfortable material--I've found its cool in warm weather but also provides a (small) amount of warmth if it's cool. The shirt did pill a little under my hydration vest the first time I wore it, but that doesn't seem to have impacted the integrity of the garment, just the aesthetics.
