Extremely slippery
Extreme hazard on every slightly wet surface. Very slippery! I'm disappointed I expected something that I could wear in different conditions. It's only for extremely dry surfaces. I don't feel safe wearing them. They are comfortable but should be used exclusively on dry surfaces.

Awesome shoes, vulnerable treads
These shoes fit beautifully, I like that they’re a tiny bit more robust than the previous Vapor gloves, but still have great ground feel. They seem really well-built. My only issue with them is that the tread/sole seems pretty vulnerable to wear. I would trade some grip for a tread pattern that’s going to last longer.

I'm Happy
After many years I came back to this brand of barefoot shoes and I am NOT disappointed. Very comfy, with just the right amount of stiffness and support, feels well ventilated, and feels grippy. I'm gonna buy more pairs.

Retired my old 2011 Merrell and got these.
I like them so far but only just got them and did one 12Km run. We'll see how they hold up as I notice there are a few bad reviews on here regarding durability (I never read the reviews till after I received mine). I retired my old 2011 Merrells (see pic) and got these. I seem to like orange and grey. I run barefoot (no shoes) most of the year and these are for a few weeks each winter, which is why my old ones lasted so long. These new shoes should have a pretty easy life so hopefully I'll get a few yrs out of them. Very comfy. Been noticing other runners with bright coloured shoe soles and wanted to jump on that bandwagon. Ordered them online and their site mentioned they might fit small and to go up a half size, definitely turned out to be true. Fit perfect.

Vibram outsoles just ain't what they used to be...
First off, let me start off my saying that I do love these shoes. I've had 4 pairs of Merrell "Glove" barefoot shoes and these are by far my favorite. They're super comfortable and about as minimal as you can get (which I was looking for). They're basically a step above hospital booties or those grippy socks they give you at the trampoline park. They're extremely comfortable and pretty much feel like you're wearing nothing at all. However, they're also the Merrells I've had that wore out the fastest. That extreme minimalism comes at a cost. I've had these for 5 months and they've worn through to the point that there is now a hole in the bottom, making them pretty much unwearable. To be fair, I have definitely put them through their paces. I've worn them pretty much daily for 5 months and have walked 4-5 miles a day on average in them. However, it's still very disappointing that they didn't last longer because I do love them. I would have expected better from Merrell/Vibram, especially at this price point...
