This helmet holder is a super useful addition to my gear. It fits all my helmets—climbing, biking, and skiing—without any issues. Even though a couple of my backpacks aren’t perfectly compatible with the attachment points, I was still able to make it work with a little creativity. What I really like is how secure it keeps my helmet. No more having it swing around or take up space inside my bag. It’s a simple solution that adds a lot of convenience. Overall, great product—durable, versatile, and definitely worth having if you’re tired of loose helmets flopping around. Especially for the price point.

Helmet Holder

This helmet holder does not hold your helmet well. My helmet has fallen out multiple times. I try to change it up with positioning on the pack etc. and it never fails to dissapoint. Its lightweight and packable.

I am finding it tricky to attach it to my bag. My Osprey pack doesn't have great locations for it to clip on to. I like the concept though!

Works with many packs

Great helmet retainer. Pretty easy to configure with most the packs I own. Has the right amount of stretch.

Happy with purchase

I swear this thing is never in stock so I finally snagged it on the recent deal because I wanted it for my Nirvana 25 pack. The biggest downside of the Nirvana 25 compared to Nirvana 35 is no built in helmet holder. Such a great feature in the 35. Anyways - wanted to replicate the same option on the 25 for touring, or just an easy pack option for travel or resort days. I added photos comparing my Large sized Smith Maze helmet. It was easy to attach, stretches well over the helmet, and I shook and jostled it around to see if it held and it did fine. Also recently brought it on a plane and stayed put in travel. Added some photos for reference. Huge upgrade for the Nirvana 25.

Did not meet my expectations!! This product barely covers my helmet and therefore my helmet fell out once I hit a bump. I actually lost my helmet and had to ski back down to find it.

Great product

Adaptable to any pack. The helmet can slip out the side or top of you don’t rig it up right so it takes a bit of trial and error

Easy to use

This helmet holder came in clutch for backcountry tours as you are skinning up hill. It attaches to basically any backpack, and has an adjustable elastic to conform to the helmet. I would highly recommend to anyone doing backcountry touring.
