The Look Cycle KEO Blade Power Dual Pedals take Look’s high-performance pedals and add an integrated power meter to help us monitor our data in real-time to the lightweight, aerodynamic carbon construction. Designed to measure right and left leg power, force, and pedaling efficiency at a +/- 1% accuracy in any temperature or weather conditions, comprehensive data we can trust is correct is directly sent to our device of choice via Bluetooth or ANT+ connectivity. The Li-Po rechargeable battery lasts up to 60 hours while in use, and with a ready-to-ride design, all we have to do is remove our old pedals and install our new ones, which can be done in a quick 30 seconds.

STAY AWAY
I have always used LOOK pedals so I was very excited to get my hands on a pair of their power meter pedals. All I can say is stay away. The first thing you have to do is download the app and make an account. I type in my email and password. It says account successfully created. I then go to log in but it says username/password incorrect. Thinking that I may have made a typo, I go to reset my password. I get the password reset email and follow the link to reset my password. It says password successfully reset. Yet when I go to log in again, it says username/password incorrect. I have tried to reset my password a dozen times but it won't let me log in. I can't create a new account because it detects that there is already an account associated with my email address. I reach out to customer support on LOOK's website and I haven't heard from them in 3+ days. I sent a message via Instagram and the person managing the account replies to my DM saying that it's a French holiday so the LOOK team may be delayed in responding to me. HOW DO YOU MESS UP A PRODUCT SO BAD? Creating an app with a simple username/password log in function shouldn't be difficult, yet LOOK has dropped the ball. The lack of customer support for $1,000 pair of pedals is insane. Logging into the app is the very first step required to install the pedals and yet I can't log in. Go buy Wahoo or Garmin pedals instead and save yourself the headache. It seems like this is a software issue, not a hardware issue, so you would think they could resolve this quickly, and yet it says the app is still on version 1.1.1. Seriously infuriating.

Dead on arrival, no support
Title sums it up. Pedals (neither of them) power up out of the box and 10+ days of no reply from Look support.
