I have been a backcountry customer for years. Ordered probably 1000's in stuff over the years. Recently they added this extortion called worry free delivery. Every time i have ordered from them no matter what time of year, it has been 3days delivery. I decided to see what happens by not paying the extortion for worry free delivery. Well, your items will be handed over to DHL and arrive TWO WEEKS later!!! I'm one state over in Arizona. I could have hiked to Salt Lake, put the pants on there and tried them on the hike back and still been waiting on them. I shouldn't, WE shouldn't have to pay extra to not worry about our orders from you. I didnt have to pay extra for the previous 10yrs. I believe you should at least disclose that we will recieve sub par service and sub par shipping if we do not choose your worry free extortion payment.
