Great Quality & Taste
Good size. Easy to sip because it has a good flow. It’s not as fast as a filter free water bottle, but it’s a better flow than the Lifestraw plastic water bottles.

Worry-Free Hydration for Travel
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I picked up the LifeStraw Go Series Stainless Steel Filter Bottle for a trip to Colombia, mainly because I wanted peace of mind when it comes to drinking water in areas with questionable supplies. The built-in filter is a game changer. It removes bacteria, parasites, and sediment, so I can fill up from just about any tap or stream without worrying about getting sick. The double-wall insulation keeps my water cold all day, which is a huge plus in hot climates, and the sleek stainless steel design looks great and feels sturdy. While drinking does take a little more effort than with a regular bottle due to the filter, it’s a small trade-off for the safety and convenience. I’d recommend this to anyone traveling or spending time outdoors where water quality isn’t guaranteed

Works well, enjoy how simple
Works well, enjoy how simple it is to use. In the past, I have used different “straws” that required a fair amount of suction for a limited water flow. This one is much more comfortable to use. I have noticed that when I increase elevation that when I try to drink… the water vents out the top, and I get wet. I bought it to decrease my exposures to non TB environmental mycobacteria, and I hope that it as reliable in preventing exposure as is reported. Using daily.

Worked like a charm
Loved the LifeStraw bottles. Used them on a trip to Ecuador and they worked great. Only issue we had was that they leaked on the plane. We unscrewed slightly per the instructions but water kept dripping. So we screwed them on tightly. When we unscrewed the cap ( whether still on the plane it once we landed), water dripped wverywhere

Just what I was looking for but be careful on airplanes
We used the bottles for our trip to Patagonia because we were not sure how safe the water was to drink. The bottle worked great. Never had a problem filling and drinking from the bottle through the filters. However, be careful on airplanes. I had read something saying to loosen the lid if you are flying because the air pressure will push water up through the straw and cause it to leak through the top. Well, I loosened the very top and water just kept pouring out through the straw. So for the next flight I loosened the cap where you refill the bottle and left the top lid in place. That fixed the issue. Hope this review helps someone else. Other than this issue (which will not recur in the future because I am smarter now!), I love my bottle. Great purchase!
