Why We Like The Level Six Loki Dry Suit

The Loki is a latex-free version of the Level Six Cronos—a nice addition for those of us with latex allergies. Instead of latex gaskets, the Loki uses polyurethane-coated Lycra gaskets in the neck and wrist that are covered by a cinch-system to seal out water and keep us dry. It features a 3-layer waterproof material with a front entry to get in and out of the drysuit quicker, and it checks in at a budget-friendly price, helping us to upgrade from a wetsuit to a drysuit for cold water paddling.

Not very dry suit!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This suit was great for a smooth kayak trip. Also for wading through chest deep water. The PFAS free material seems plenty waterproof. The issue is the seals! Both my friend and I experienced leaking through them, no matter how tight we cinched them, during roll practice. When we asked level 6 about it, they said both that it was use error and also that the coated lycra seals are not as waterproof as latex. I ended up ordering latex gaskets, which are 100+25 in shipping. Hopefully it will be more waterproof after the replacement!
