i got this jacket in an XS and I am very happy I did. it fits perfectly, i was between sizes at first but i think this jacket is naturally a little oversized so i would get your usual size or size down if you're not sure. the buttons are the worst part about this jacket. they are sewn on very weakly, not sure why since the jacket itself is heavy relative to how strong the button sewing feels. the lining is amazing and so soft, making the jacket feel amazing while wearing. i will likely get this jacket in the other color once there's another sale.

Barn coat
Fits well and looks great. I have gotten alot of compliments on it. Only wish pockets were larger and had an inside pocket or two.

Hippy Gardener
This is the third Adirondack jacket I have purchased over the years. They are workhorses for this active gardener! I only wish they had more of an A line for a better fit at my hips. If I get a size larger, I am swimming in it at the shoulders. But I love this jacket and the price point is affordable.

What I Wanted
The size algorithm urged me to get an XL, but I purchased an L, which was the right decision. The coat is sturdy, windproof, and probably pretty rain resistant (it hasn't been tested yet). I like the size and depth of the front pockets and the hand warmer pockets. It should be a very useful coat.

The best barn coat
I love this coat! I bought it to replace my 15-year-old one. It’s the one I reach for time and time again, perfect for a range of weather, and I love the look and pockets. As a jacket, it really can’t be beat, worth every penny.

Almost perfect
Nice coat but the fabric feels bit stiff and heavy. Purchased same coat years ago and finally wore it out. My old barn coat was softer, lighter and a slightly lighter color; I was hoping to get another one exactly like it.

Everyone needs a barn coat
I love this coat. It is the perfect thing to throw on when you want to go for a walk or run errands. So comfortable and cozy. I originally had the cream colored one and knew I needed this beautiful olive one too.
