Limited Use Rack Adapter

Great idea in theory, but it only works for lifted trucks w/clearance or high hitch mount location and they don't mention it anywhere on the Kuat website. I would have accepted the fact that it can't fold up, if I could use it on a passenger car but the limited application forced me to return it.
