Big-mountain ready, the Ripmo Deore blends long-travel suspension with trail-tuned efficiency

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"The Ripmo Deore is my go-to when I want to ride absolutely everything—tech climbs, flowy descents, steep drops. The DW-Link suspension keeps it composed on the ups, and the long-travel fork plus coil-compatible frame give me all the confidence on the downs. It feels solid underfoot, and the alloy build takes a beating without complaint."

We ride hard and demand bikes that do the same—enter the Ripmo Deore. Built by Ibis for those of us who push deep into the mountains, hammer through rock gardens, and pedal back up for another lap, this all-aluminum bruiser offers enduro-level confidence in a platform that’s accessible and relentlessly capable. With 160mm of front travel and 150mm of DW-Link suspension in the rear, the Ripmo Deore climbs surprisingly well for how aggressively it descends.

Its feature-packed design mirrors its carbon sibling: coil-shock compatibility, in-frame storage with included Stow Bags, and progressive geometry that balances control and playfulness. Flip chips let us fine-tune the rear end for 27.5in or 29in wheels, and a threaded bottom bracket plus full internal cable routing round out a low-maintenance, high-performance package. Whether we’re racing enduro, linking alpine singletrack, or lapping local tech trails, the Ripmo Deore brings the speed—and then some.

Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.
