Trail agility and wireless precision meet in the Ripley AF Eagle 90 build
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The Ripley AF Eagle 90 build really surprised me—light, poppy, and insanely clean shifting. The Transmission drivetrain is so smooth, even under load, and the DW-Link suspension helps me stay planted on techy climbs and pop through rollers and corners. It’s playful, fast, and just the right amount of rowdy for all-day trail rides."
The Ibis Ripley AF Eagle 90 is our favorite kind of contradiction: a lightweight trail rocket with big-bike handling, and now, a build that brings top-tier drivetrain tech into the mix. This version of the Ripley AF pairs the progressive geometry and proven DW-Link suspension with SRAM’s Eagle 90 Transmission—offering flawless, wireless shifting under load for a sleek and responsive trail experience. Whether we’re linking high-alpine singletrack or carving flow trails at home, this bike delivers a smooth, agile, and seriously fun ride.
With 130mm of rear travel and a RockShox Pike up front with 140mm of cushion, the Ripley AF remains quick on the climbs and stable at speed. Blackbird wheels and Maxxis DHR II and Rekon tires provide confident traction, while the SRAM G2 R brakes offer powerful modulation through long, loose descents. And thanks to its aluminum construction and smart features like in-frame storage and coil compatibility, this Ripley is unapologetically metal—with a premium wireless upgrade.
Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.
