My granddaughter loves her bottle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my granddaughter a bottle because her previous cap broke and I didn’t want to bother with the warranty. The saddest part is she lost her brand new bottle on a recent camping trip after only having it less than a week and she cried all the way down the mountain Peak and it was too difficult for anyone to go back to look for it. I replaced it with another brand new one and she’s so excited.

I love the 18 ounce

So Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cups are insanely adorable and the size is perfect for my three year old. The silicone straw part however is not made to fit tightly into the lid though so these leak a lot. I bought two cups and they are both this way so it’s a design flaw. I compared the new straw lids to mine that’s very old at this point and the part is just not made the same, much more flimsy and not fitted. It seems like they got a new manufacturer and either missed the fact that these don’t fit well or just ignored it. It’s annoying though as I only really like Hydroflask compared to the many insulated bottle brands but if they continue to cheap out I may have to move on.

Defective bottle boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 bottle and the bottle boot that came with one of the water bottles was defective. The permanent marker smeared each time I tried to write on it. This issue is only seen on one water bottle but hydroflask would not send a replacement boot claiming it is not part of the warranty. Disappointed.
