Here's what customers have to say
The product offers comprehensive health and fitness tracking, including weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, and water percentage. Many users praise the seamless integration with the companion app and the ability to monitor trends over time. However, some report inconsistencies or inaccuracies with the body composition metrics, as well as difficulties in waking up or connecting the scale to WiFi. While the product provides a wealth of health data, the inconsistent performance and accuracy of certain features may be a drawback for some users.

Good value
Great battery life. I do travel a lot so I wish it would update via Bluetooth. Normally it updates via wifi. Other than that it's awesome

A disappointment
I bought this to track my body composition the number varies a lot also it does not match with inbody test that I do once every two month Basically it is glorified bathroom scale. Also for second person using this they have to create an app and also getting it to give all the metrics for second person is pretty hard.

Love the data!
Made the smart scale part of my routine. After my morning shower and then after a workout shower again. Super accurate and easy to use.

Excellent features but very poor directions and he
The scale provides good data but is very confusing to operate and the manuals and online chat help are quite poor. You are supposed to be able to have multiple user but it is so confusing to change users that you end up taking weight-ins for others. I am a complete Garmin watch person but the scake is not up to standard.

This scale works great and it is nice to have it connected with our Garmin watches to keep all metrics on the same app.

Overall, a great product so far...
Bought the S2 Smart Scale about a month ago. It does what it's advertised to do. I like that multiple people can use it and that it can automatically differentiate between people. As well as taking that data and integrating it into the stats depending on your watch model. The only issue that I have is with connectivity during initial setup. I found that it won't connect to wireless for two reasons if you have your home network configured a certain way, which I didn't see mentioned in the manual: 1. The network CANNOT be hidden 2. You can't have the SSID broadcast with smart frequency negotiation, you have to broadcast each frequency (2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz) and that it can only connect to 2.4 So, it took a bit of troubleshooting to get it setup. Other than those 2 reasons, I love the scale.

Weight a minute, it works!
Smart scale integrated with Garmin architecture reduces the hassle. It keeps track of my metrics so I don’t have to. Purchased this scale based on recent health changes and wanted to keep track of more metrics. Training for half-marathon while trying to gain weight as in muscle mass. This scale helps me track progress. On the flip side using Garmin architecture integrated with plug in app data for my dietary tracking. My diet, weight, training, and more all comes together here with Garmin products.
