Why We Like The Garmin fenix 8 AMOLED Sapphire Sport Watch
Whatever plateau we're breaking through, Garmin's fenix 8 AMOLED Sapphire Sport Watch is tracking and driving our every step. The bomber, submersible construction meets the moxie required for rugged terrain and technical pursuits, while the heart rate, ECG, and blood oxygen saturation metrics clue us in to how our body is handling the demands. With 145 hours of juice in max battery GPS mode, this watch outlasts the sun time and time again, while the built-in LED flashlight comes to save the day when our headlamp flickers out. However deep into the backcountry we go, the SatIQ tech keeps our position locked in without draining the battery.

Here's what customers have to say
The smartwatch offers excellent features and performance, with users praising its long battery life, accurate GPS and tracking, and wide range of fitness and outdoor capabilities. The AMOLED display is bright, clear, and responsive, and the watch is lightweight and comfortable to wear. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, software instability, and difficulty reading the display in certain lighting conditions. While a capable and feature-rich device, the high price point may be a potential downside for some.

Overall no noticeable improvement over Epix Pro
Upgraded from Epix Gen 2 Pro. Noticed a big downgrade in terms of all the buttons on the watch, it's not as responsive any more. Separately, despite being a 1000 dollar watch, the UI is often lagging and unresponsive on this watch. It's very disappointing. I would recommend skipping this generation and wait for the next iteration.

Love the body battery!
Comfortable watch to wear and not too bulky. Great battery life and I personally like the body battery metric.

Love my Fenix 8
Had my fenix 8 for over a month and I’m enjoying it. Great for outdoor activities, running and I use it when lifting. The flashlight is handy and is going to be great hunting this fall when going in and out of the woods.

Absolutely love it!!!
My boyfriend bought this watch for me. I absolutely love how I can track my time and pace. I am not a big tech person, but this watch is so easy to use. I love that it connects through Bluetooth with the app on my android and I can see how well I am doing with my training. Honestly it's the best gift anyone has ever bought me.

Everything I expected and more!!
This watch is absolutely incredible in all aspects, be it monitoring your health or your workouts! I replaced my 5 year old Venu and am delighted I did. Likely the clincher for me is my doctor from Mayo Clinic wears one and he highly recommended it!!

Good, but need more band choices
Wish I could find feminine watch bands to compliment my Garmin

Pretty good!
Love the look of the watch, and the features it has are not lacking. However my issue is that there are some bugs that need to be worked out. I feel like its not as solid in terms of software vs apple watch which is a letdown. It would be great if garmin put additional attention in to their software and watch usability to ensure everything works as expected. May be an issue with software q/a… not sure. Other than that im pleased with it. Comfort is actually great especially since i have the 43mm.

I hope you guys will release the update for it since I know I am one of many many people who have the same issue. Please help us “ blind” people :)
