Ski The Day
Ski The Day is a film about what happens when you drop everything—expectations, pressure, even plans—and just ride. Captured over spontaneous single-day sessions throughout the season, the film brings together a cast of snow-chasers including Tom Wallisch, Toby Miller, Parkin Costain, Ana Eyssimont, and a crew of skiers and snowboarders who know how to make the most of whatever the mountain decides to offer.
Carve Diem
Some days called for early alarms and skintracks. Others meant night laps under floodlights or snowmobile tows into remote backcountry zones. While storms rolled in, lines got shut down, and missions shifted in real time, the stoke never changed. With a lens focused on creativity, resilience, and the joy of shared turns, Ski The Day reminds us that the best runs aren’t always perfect, they’re just the ones you get to have. This is not a film about chasing podiums. It’s about chasing the feeling. And living fully in the days we’re lucky enough to ride.
Gear For However You Winter
Snow kits, layers, skis, boards & more used in the film
While we tried to keep the gear talk minimal this time around (it wasn’t easy), it’s not a Backcountry film without the gear. Here’s some of the gear our athletes used to capture the moment whenever and wherever snow struck.
Toby's Kit
Toby Miller carved his path through the professional halfpipe scene under the wing of none other than Shaun White, honing his craft among snowboarding’s elite.

Parkin's Kit
Parkin Costain is a professional freeskier who’s no stranger to big mountains—or bigger jumps. As a teen, he won the Quiksilver Young Guns contest and threw down a double backflip at Kings & Queens of Corbet’s in 2019.

Ana's Kit
Once a gymnast, now a freeride phenom—Ana Eyssimont is the reigning queen of Corbet’s and hungry for more.
