Ghost Max 3 Running Shoe - Women's

The worst fitting brooks i ever tried. After a five mile walk my fert were slipping and sliding inside Then all night i had shin splints and pain in my upper quads. They were marketed to have great cushioning but they just do nit fit. Going back to my Glycerin 22 and not trying anything new!

The ghost max 3 have a ton of cushion. The comfort is very close to or maybe even with the glycerin, and they were hands down my favorite until now.

I gave these 5 stars because they offer me comfort, great support, wide toe box. I am 72 years old and not a runner, I walk. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs, and these sneakers are just great for my needs, Thank you for this style.

Did you get the last review I just sent about 5 minutes ago? I don't think I sent it correctly. I was telling you that I have thrown away the 2 box's and my shipping papers. I have severe neuropathy, and have found ,yesterday, when I was going to wear them to church, that they were too much padding and too high. I have never wore either pair, except to briefly try them on when I got them. Yesterday, I had the blue ones on for about 15 minutes in the house. Do you think it is possible to still return them and try to find a lower, shoe without so much padding. I love my ghost 16, but couldn't find the color I was looking for this time. I would look forward to your help. Please note, I have been a pretty good customer in the past!!! Thank you, connie apostoli

I Love the Ghost Max 2 and the Glycerin Max, so I was hoping to add this style to my favorites list. No such luck. The heel is so wide that it slips a bit with every step. Very disappointing since the coushioning was perfect. Had to send back. So grateful for Brooks run happy guarantee.

I don't run, but as a nurse, this shoes are excellent for 12 hours on my feet. Love them.

Does not fit like the original Ghost Max

I was so excited to receive the Ghost Max 3. I own the original Ghost Max and love them and wear them all the time. I traveled all over Japan doing 20K steps a day and was so happy to have the Ghost Max. When I returned from my trip, I decided to buy the newest version of the Ghost Max 3 in black. Unfortunately, the fit is not the same or even similar. It is not as cushiony and is much stiffer than the original Ghost Mas. I also found that it felt more narrow near the ball of my feet, and the ankle felt loose. I tried wearing them for two days on my daily 3-mile walks, and they did not feel good, and my hips, ankles, and knees were sore. I am returning. I hope they update these and go back to the original fit.

First 5k

Fantastic shoes! I’m in the thick of a health journey, and completed my first 5k with these shoes. No foot pain at all. With any other shoe, around mile 2 I get bad right foot pain, but with these, none! I did but longer shoe laces because i happen to like a little longer lace, but great shoes!! I bought these with my own money, not at all a gift and worth every penny!

Not impressed, very disappointed.

Not impressed. They feel alright when I first put them on. By the end of the day my feet just hurt when I take them off. Very disappointing. I should have stuck with my old style the Ghost 16.

Best Max so far!

The Max 3 is the best of the Max so far. I've had all of them. Very comfortable. I have a lot of issues with my feet and I really enjoy these.
