Here's what customers have to say

The Black Diamond Technician harness is a versatile and comfortable all-around harness suitable for various climbing activities. Reviewers praised its exceptional comfort, lightweight design, and practical features like the gear loops, ice clipper slots, and adjustable leg loops. The harness was found to handle a mid-size rack of gear comfortably, though some users noted the gear loops could be slightly larger. While a few minor complaints were mentioned, such as the thin haul loop and small 5th gear loop, the overall feedback was very positive, with many climbers recommending the harness as an excellent all-around option.

This supports my balls nicely.

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

One fits in each sling. I no longer have to bounce around town on them South Park style.

Comfy and Lots of Room

Super comfy harness that I feel like I can wear all day. Not as much so with a backpack, but that is expected. Enough gear loops for everything I need and still comfy when I load everything on here.

Too large

I have to adjust it to the max and it still doesn't end up fitting well enough, the size guide doesn't help at all. Additional it's quite uncomfortable after a short time it starts to carve.

Yeah, decent I guess

I dunno, expensive and not obviously better than the base model

Love the fifth gear loop!

As a trad climber, I love this harness, especially the fifth gear loop in the back. It is a great place to hold the stuff that you only need at beginning/end of pitches, like anchor gear, extra lockers, etc. Please add this simple loop (while keeping haul loop) for all of your harnesses!

bought this for my husband

bought this for my husband who is using it as a trad harness. He was looking for something comfortable with durable gear loops. Many other harnesses either have gear loops too small or not durable at all (made of cloth), or the harness part is not comfortable and doesn't stay in place.

Hanging belays extremely comfortable.

Runs slightly larger than the momentum. I am a L in momentum and this harness is SLIGHTLY too big when all the way tight. Still was extremely comfy with this on all day long in a t-shirt with a double rack. Crushed hanging belays. Larger gear loops. Rubber/plastic webbing(?) for haul loop.
