The power bank comes without instructions, except online. The wireless charger only works if you do a specific button pushing sequence. Even then, it inexplicably stops charging after a few minutes. I'm disappointed with this and hope to be within the time-frame to return for a refund. Also relieved that I brought along my backup power bank since this one was unreliable. It probably deserves one star instead of two, but it looks cool and there is a chance it actually works better than my experience. However, the lack of a basic instruction guide made this nothing but added weight for my trip. Even better than a printed guide would be to print instructions directly on the charger. One last point: There is a QR code to register the power bank for an extra year warranty. To register it requires a serial number--there is no serial number on the device or packaging. So, no extra warranty either.

Fast charging with Solar cells

A little pricey but I do like that it recharges very Quickly when hooked up to my Solar cells

Fantastic product that charges all of my devices very quickly. It's very sturdy and use it for travelling and camping. Highly recommend this products to others!

Dedicated Charge Station

just wanted a dedicated battery pack for my B&N Nook. I can carry this one pack instead of 2 Charge 80's and still have some left over for headlamps and my smart phone.

Large powerful power bank with wireless charging.

I have each of the Biolite Charge batteries (80,40 & 20) and the Charge 100MAX is by far the largest of them all - size and weight. I purposely bought this because of the wireless charging capability and it met my expectation. One thing that surprised me was the length of time for this power bank to charge, and my recommendation is to purchase a 65watt charger as the 100MAX took 8+ hours to charge via the standard charger. Also length of time it provides a charge is comparable to the Charge 80, and as such if you don't need the wireless charging capability is to purchase the Charge 80 because as I mentioned above its a bit large. I love all of the Biolite Charge power banks and use them often as I find myself off-grid and in remote locations. No matter which one you purchase they will meet your expectations.

Love how much charge the unit holds. Nice array of ports. Great size for keeping in travel backpack.

This thing charges my phone and laptop multiple times before it needs to be charged.

Great little product. I recommend it to anyone looking for a portable charger. Only wish it came with a storage bag for carrying around.
