- I returned this product before using it
This bag is absolutely horrible. I bought it for my mom; she bought one for me coincidentally! As it turns out this thing is made of literal hardened plastic. The worst part is that the return process takes 30 percent of the cost so I had to pay 75 dollars and only received 35 back. Do not order from this company.
