Lightweight 3-layer Xpore bibs for breathable protection on the mountain
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The Cottonwoods LT Bibs are the perfect mix of lightweight comfort and weatherproof protection. I wear them for everything—powder days, backcountry tours, and even spring laps. They move well, breathe great, and have all the right features without feeling bulky. They’ve quickly become my favorite winter bibs."
From storm laps to uphill missions, the Cottonwoods LT Xpore 3L Bibs keep us comfortable and dry through changing winter conditions. Built with Xpore’s eco-conscious 3-layer membrane, they block moisture while releasing excess heat, keeping us balanced during both active climbs and long descents. The durable 40D stretch face fabric gives freedom to move naturally without adding weight.
Functional design details—like the two-way side zips, drop-seat access, and inner thigh vents—make backcountry travel easier, while fully taped seams and YKK AquaGuard zippers seal out the elements. Reinforced kick panels guard against abrasion, and stretch boot gaiters lock in warmth when we’re waist-deep in powder. Thoughtfully finished with a soft recycled backer, PFAS-free waterproofing, and an integrated RECCO reflector, the Cottonwoods LT Bibs are made to move with us through every run and every storm.

About The Backcountry Brand
Backcountry began in 1996 with two skiers, a stack of avalanche beacons, and a garage in Park City, Utah. Our roots were humble, and we've grown since then, but our vision is still clear: to sell the best outdoor gear—and to create gear that’s even better through our very own gear and apparel brand.

Built By Gearheads
We live and breathe the outdoors, so every stitch of Backcountry gear is made with a mission in mind. Designed in Park City at the foot of Utah’s Wasatch mountains—and tested by our Gearhead® Experts who use it every day—Backcountry styles are built to perform wherever the snow lands, trail leads or adventure calls.
