Helmet with (almost) no compromise
I tried a number of helmets looking for a new one. Leaving out those cheap ones with poor build quality, I tried maybe 10 different helmets from different manufacturers. Atomic helmets with Live fit and 360 fit system were the only ones that felt right from the first minute. No pressure points, absolutely comfortable. The possibility to adjust the height of the rear part is great and also is the memory foam on the forehead part. I hope I won't have to find out about the safety of this helmet but it looks pretty durable and well designed. There is only one minus. Same as in another review, the knob to adjust circumference does not hold, particularly in the larger settings which are the ones I need the most. I hope, I'll be able to adjust it but it seems like a design flaw. Is it possible to get a working replacement? This is a great pity because otherwise the helmet is great.

The hardest hit of my life!
Well I consider myself lucky that I walk away from a freak fall. I was skiing yesterday and coming to a stop to wait for my family. Very sticky ski conditions in May, one ski stuck pulling me off balance, spun around and fell hard backwards. I split the back of the Helmut 3 inches and the side broke as well. Perhaps I should have gotten checked but not even a head ache today.

Save my life
I have a Atomic Savor GT AMID helmet. I own three helmets, but this has always been my go to helmet since I bought it last year. Comfortable, Warm, fits perfect. Today I was taken out on the slopes by a snowboarder. Not his fault, not mine, but hit the snow very hard, and head first. I was stunned for a few minutes, and my head was foggy, but without this helmet I probably would be dead. The helmet absorbed the impact and cracked. That’s just telling you how hard the impact was. The first thing I did when I got home was order another Savor GT. Great helmet, life saver.

Amazing overall comfort and fit.
After trying on may other brands for fit, i could not believe how this model fit. I immediately purchased it after trying it on. I am very impressed with the overall safety features and value. Truly remarkable product from Atomic.
